Exchange History Screen

Exchange History is configured in Setup / Finance / Currency Exchange / Exchange History

Overview

This screen provides a history of the exchange rates that have been configured for every currency setup under the current owner.

Prerequisites

Historical data will not appear unless exchange rates have been defined.

Currency Exchanges Panel

This panel allows you to select a particular currency in order to view rate changes and when they became effective in the Edit Currency Exchange panel on the right.

Edit Currency Exchange Panel

The information in this panel reflects the currently selected currency. The History tab will display exchange rates for the currencies and when they became effective.

History tab

This tab lists exchange rates and their effective dates (when they became available on the bill run configuration screen).
