Regional & Currency Settings

Regional Settings allow you to configure the areas where you do business. Countries and states/provinces can be configured under Regional Settings.

Country Settings

Countries can be selected from a predefined dropdown field containing a global list of all countries. Some states are also prepopulated in the system or can be added manually on the Regional Settings screen, by data import or API if required.

Addresses can be associated with contacts and accounts. The information entered when setting up accounts and contacts can only use countries and states that have been setup in Regional Settings.

Time Zones

All dates and times in the system are stored in UTC. Client facing operations such as the scheduling of Bill Runs can be configured in client time. While creating new users, a time zone can be specified. The interface will honor the time zone associated with the user for date time operations when that user logs in.
