The LogiSense Billing application comes with several tools to serve and communicate with end customers. A Customer Portal is included with the application which allows customers to log in and manage their account. Depending on what actions you permit the customer can pay bills in the portal, cancel packages and more.

Customer communication can also be managed in the LogiSense Billing application. Account contacts can be notified of account activity (e.g. data usage consumed has reached a specified percentage of allotted usage) or if an issue has arisen (payment is overdue) by email. Email templates allow you to construct email messages to send whenever you need to reach out to an end-user. Templates also include variables so that account/contact and other details can be populated in the email message (contact name, account number, etc.).
