The Customer

HEADQUARTERS: Holmdel, New Jersey, USA
EMPLOYEES: 1,400
INDUSTRY: Communications Services
TYPE: Public (NYSE: VG)
SERVICES: Voice Over IP (VoIP)

Vonage has been a LogiSense partner since 2009. Founded in 2001, Vonage is a publicly held provider of cloud communications. The company has expanded its operations into the B2B sector by acquiring telecom service providers Telesphere, iCore, and Simple Signal.

The Challenge

Following their recent acquisitions, Vonage was preparing for accelerated growth and investment. LogiSense was tasked with implementing a solution to consolidate all three existing LogiSense Billing business units and to migrate all system data into a single hosted platform.

The Solution

LogiSense helped Vonage merge all three companies into one instance, building the right foundation for scale. LogiSense provides Vonage with full billing with usage processing, payment processing, and tax integration using bundles.

LogiSense also provides Vonage with the capability to meet the demands of enterprises that require special pricing, invoicing output, catalogues, bill days, etc. LogiSense’s motto - monetize anything, personalize everything - is exactly what the solution enabled Vonage to do.

The Results

By partnering with LogiSense, Vonage was able to minimize risk and cost of transition. LogiSense’s billing solution provides Vonage with the ability to outcompete in B2B markets, and a scalable telecom grown back office framework. When a salesperson from Vonage asks "is this possible?", LogiSense has empowered their finance team to say "yes."
