Flavio Gomes is the company founder and leads the overall strategic planning, sales and technical initiatives. A serial entrepreneur, Flavio brings over 15 years of business building experience in the fields of Telecommunication network and software development. Prior to LogiSense, Flavio founded, grew and successfully sold MGL Systems Inc, one of Waterloo Regions first, full service Internet Providers.Flavio participates in the day-to-day management of the organization's business operations and plays a key role in sales, marketing, technical and team building activities. Under his leadership, LogiSense has developed leading edge OSS, Billing and Network Service Management Technology that has attracted a global customer base.
Ryan Susanna
Director of Sales
Ryan Susanna is a seasoned telecommunications expert with a broad background in both the service provider and software vendor sides of the business. Ryan is currently responsible for worldwide sales at LogiSense. During his tenure, Ryan has held executive level positions including Senior Sales Executive, and Director of Sales. In these roles he has provided strategic sales, product, and market guidance for our next generation IP service management solutions.Prior to LogiSense, Ryan held B2B sales roles within the ISP, and Digital Imaging verticals. With a flair for selling complex solutions at all levels, Ryan has more than a decade of sales and product management experience in the telecommunications industry. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Wilfrid Laurier University.
Chris Brown
Director of Technology
Chris Brown has over 9 years of experience in the telecommunications industry dealing with Fortune 2000 enterprises and service providers globally. As Technology Director, Chris is responsible for overseeing the development team and development processes as well as setting the strategic technical direction of the Company. During his tenure at LogiSense, Chris has acted as a Senior Software Developer, Business Analyst, Sales Engineer culminating in his final role as Technology, Director.Prior to LogiSense, Chris held a Senior Software Development role with Switchview/Avotus focusing on Enterprise class software for the Telecommunications market. He was a key member responsible for the architecture of their hosted services and applications. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University Of Western Ontario.
Rich Kozub
Director of Client Services
Rich Kozub leads the charge for LogiSense in the area of professional and support services. His strong leadership skills and work ethic have been instrumental in creating the high level of customer reference ability and reputation for service that LogiSense has achieved.Over the past seven years Rich has had significant impact on the implementation of a corporate culture that focuses on customer priorities first. Rich brings depth of experience to the team, with more than ten years of involvement in managing customer service in the dynamic, varied and mission critical commercial Internet services world.
Marty Lachance
Director of Marketing and Communications
Marty adds over 14 years telecommunications and marketing experience to the LogiSense portfolio. Prior to LogiSense, Marty developed multimedia marketing systems for the North American Real Estate industry. He spent five years at Amdocs as a Product Architect and helped several Telecom industry giants launch IP-related service offerings. Past clients include SBC, Sprint, Cincinnati Bell, Telecom New Zealand, British Telecom, Saudi Telecom, 012 Goldenlines and SwissOnline.Marty possesses a keen sense of industry trends and is able to accurately frame LogiSense products and services within a rapidly changing IP market.
