Local Call Patterns are configured in Setup / Usage Rating / Locations / Local Call Patterns
Local call patterns are configured using one originating call pattern and multiple terminating patterns. During rating long distance class calls are checked against local call patterns, if there is a pattern match with the originating number and terminating number then the call will be rated as a local call.
Typically local call patterns are imported not directly inputted using the user interface.
Local call patterns can be setup as needed, there are no prerequisite configuration steps.
The Local Call Patterns panel on the left of this screen allows you to select existing patterns to view and edit on the Edit Local Call Pattern panel to the right. Actions are also available in this panel which are shown as icons above the Filter text box. The available actions are described below.

The information in this panel reflects the currently selected pattern. From here you can change call pattern details (fields will display a red left border if a value is required and purple text if the field is read-only and cannot be modified).
