Email Template Bill Run Completed Configuration Example

Summary

Email templates are used when the system sends emails during various events (dunning, bill run started, bill run completed, etc.). Content can be added in email templates that presents dynamic information (using variables).

In this example, we will configure an email template that will be used to notify system users that a bill run has been completed.

Prerequisites

  • SMTP settings must be configured in order for the system to send out emails

Sample Configuration

  1. Log into the LogiSense Billing application

  2. Click on the Setup menu, Extensibility and then Templates

  3. On the Templates screen click on the Email tab

  4. On the Email Templates screen click the (emoji) to add a new email template

  5. Fill out configuration details (refer to sample below) and then click Save to save the configuration

Result

When a bill run is executed the bill run completed email will be sent out to xxxxx users.
