Deleting Dunning Rules

Note: Dunning rules that are configured on AR terms cannot be deleted. If you need to delete a dunning rule that is in use load the 'References' tab to see where the dunning rule is in use and change the AR terms using it to instead use an alternate dunning rule. Once a dunning rule is no longer in use by an AR term it can be deleted.
Under the Dunning Rules heading on the left select the rule you wish to delete
Under the same Dunning Rule heading on the left click the
iconOn the confirmation dialog that appears select Yes
Deleting Levels
If you only wish to delete a level under a rule, edit the rule and next to the Level you wish to delete select the

icon that appears and the level will be marked for deletionSelect Save to delete the levels that you have marked for deletion
