Account Price Plans Screen

Price Plans are configured in Account / Profile / Price Plans

Overview

Price plans allow you to override service and usage prices that are set in the product catalog. The prices you can adjust include: recurring charges, one-time charges, and usage rates.

Price plans are configured by selecting packages from the product catalog and then configuring custom prices for the charges within the selected packages. When a package is added to an account the alternative pricing will be applied instead of product catalog prices should that same package be configured in the price plan. Only active packages can be added to a price plan. Inactive packages, expired packages or packages with future start dates cannot be attached to a price plan. The prices setup in the plan may only be configured using the account's currency, no other currencies can be configured.

Note: Price plan's override product catalog pricing but do not override custom pricing set directly on account-packages on the Account / Profile / Packages screen. For example, if you adjust Package A / Service 1's price on the Account Packages screen then that price will be applied even if a price plan is configured to adjust Service 1’s price.
