If App Server A crashes, App Server B will take over. Likewise, if web Server A crashes, web Server B will take over. If desired, up to ‘N’ redundant nodes can be setup depending on desired level of redundancy.
LogiSense will formally support new versions of LogiSense Billing for its customers on a timely basis. Upgrade timing is scheduled and agreed upon with each customer deployment.
