ENGAGEIP PRODUCT TRAINING - VoIP MODULE

The EngageIP VoIP Module allows service providers and enterprises to provide cost effective Voice over IP (VoIP) services through EngageIP Billing. This course will give detailed setup and configuration of dealers, users, rate tables and provisioning and will explain how VoIP services are integrated and utilized within EngageIP Billing. It will also cover the relevant VoIP and Provisioning reports generated through EngageIP Billing.

PREREQUISITES

Basic understanding of IP Billing fundamentals and knowledge of existing business processes would be helpful, but not required. EngageIP Billing Orientation or EngageIP Suite Orientation training required.
