It is designed to be a quick start guide to enable EngageIP Billing and Traffic Manager to execute at a primary level. Fundamental configuration and operational concepts will be reviewed using a scenario driven approach. The course is an appropriate basic level introduction to utilizing the product for managers, system administrators and customer care staff.
