This course will provide a more in depth look at the functionality of EngageIP Billing. It will cover the same material as the EngageIP Billing Orientation course but will also include additional configuration options, customer care (Tech Track), reporting and the customer self-care portal (WebUser). Fundamental configuration and operational concepts will be reviewed using a scenario driven approach. The course is appropriate for managers, system administrators and customer care staff.
Individuals with responsibility for operational management functions. The class will be appropriate for system administrators, managers, and customer care staff.
This course is delivered on-site and has a two (2) day duration.
Basic understanding of IP Billing fundamentals and knowledge of existing business processes would be helpful, but not required.
