Local Call Detection

Calls are categorized as Local, Regional, National or International. Regional and National minute buckets are defined at the service level and can be individually tweaked for each phone line. For example, ABCtel offers local Telecom service to the Fort Myers area. Marketing wants to offer Regional free minute buckets in LATAs bordering Fort Myers and a National free minute bucket for US calls.
