LogiSense is a leading provider of IP Billing and Service Management systems for Telecom and Internet Service Providers. We are seeking a highly motivated Telecom Billing and OSS Deployment Specialist for its EngageIP software solution.

EngageIP is rapidly gaining momentum in the Billing/OSS arena. Specializing in Wireless, VoIP and multi-service Broadband offerings, LogiSense is becoming a well-known player in the IP Service management field.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with questions/problems related to their EngageIP deployment in a professional manner
  • Help customers find best practices to suit their specific needs
  • Interface with internal development, QA, project management as well as external clients to determine optimal solutions
  • Document and design client processes and workflows. Document detailed data and user requirements
  • Software testing and problem duplication

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Service Provider billing industry experience. Solid understanding of the IP industry (legacy and trends)
  • Passion for helping customers and solving problems
  • Knowledgeable in various aspects of IP technology (Billing/OSS, VoIP, Wireless, WiMax etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and past use with SQL queries and troubleshooting
  • Must possess Computer Science or Engineering degree or relevant work experience
  • This position may require travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America and Europe
