Telecom and Internet Service Providers. We are seeking a highly motivated Telecom Billing and OSS Deployment Specialist for its EngageIP software
solution.
EngageIP is rapidly gaining momentum in the Billing/OSS arena. Specializing in Wireless, VoIP and multi-service Broadband offerings, LogiSense is becoming a well-known player in the IP Service management field.

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions/problems related to their EngageIP deployment in a professional manner
- Help customers find best practices to suit their specific needs
- Interface with internal development, QA, project management as well as external clients to determine optimal solutions
- Document and design client processes and workflows. Document detailed data and user requirements
- Software testing and problem duplication
Requirements
- 3+ years of Service Provider billing industry experience. Solid understanding of the IP industry (legacy and trends)
- Passion for helping customers and solving problems
- Knowledgeable in various aspects of IP technology (Billing/OSS, VoIP, Wireless, WiMax etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge and past use with SQL queries and troubleshooting
- Must possess Computer Science or Engineering degree or relevant work experience
- This position may require travel to customer and non-customer sites in North America and Europe
