Simple Signal Goes Live with LogiSense EngageIP Rating and Billing Software

The EngageIP platform is being used by Simple Signal to service catalogue, rate, provision, bill, and provide accurate real time reporting to, and for, Simple Signal wholesalers and dealers. It also serves as a central management platform for call rating and revenue assurance.

The rating engine provides a flexible means for maintaining various tiered rates for IntraLata, InterLata, IntraState, InterState, and International calling. The platform can also easily manage inbound calling and inbound toll free as well as local call detection for each local market service.

Additionally, using the EngageIP Wholesale Call Record Redirection feature allows Simple Signal to offer its wholesalers the ability to process CDR data quickly and efficiently. Tightly integrated with the BroadWorks platform, EngageIP includes import, export, and reconciliation features enabling faster implementation of large customer or wholesale deployments.
