Telecom and Internet Service Providers. We are seeking a highly motivated Telecom Billing and OSS QA Team Lead for its EngageIP software
solution.
EngageIP is rapidly gaining momentum in the Billing/OSS arena. Specializing in Wireless, VoIP and multi-service Broadband offerings, LogiSense is becoming a well-known player in the IP Service management field.

Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare and executing system and regression testing of application and systems software releases
- Develop, execute and maintain test plans from requirement/design documentation for the product releases
- Defect prevention through early involvement with project teams, experience facilitating walkthroughs of Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases
- Defect reporting and tracking
- Execute test plans with very high attention to detail, including investigation into the source of an issue
- Provide and track test progress status/reports to management
- Determine and utilize automation technology and processes
- Continually enhances own skills and builds knowledge in all aspects of the organization, the business and information systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience in a related roles(s) preferably within the Billing and OSS industry
- Experience with the design and development of automated and manual test processes, test scenarios and test cases design, scripting and execution using automated test tools for regression testing
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Great team player who will work side-by-side with the development team and other teams as required
- Must possess Computer Science or Engineering degree or relevant work experience
